overall client satisfaction is seeking full
time and part time filed technicians to fill current open headcount at our 24x7
operations center in South Florida.
Candidates interested
need to meet the following criteria:
Qualifications

Ability to speak to customers
clearly and precisely.

Ability to document information clearly and
precisely.
-
Ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely
fashion.
-
Extremely reliable & responsible technically inclined.
-
Ability to reassess computers, troubleshoot and fix computer hardware and
software, setup and install new computers & networks.
-
Must be self-motivated, learn quickly.
-
Ability to travel to client sites located in South Florida and provide own
transportation.
Requirements
-
A well rounded
understanding and capability of installing/troubleshooting/repairing
of all Windows operating systems.
-
A detailed
understanding and capability of setting up Wired/ Wireless
networking including: NetGear, Linksys, D-Link, etc.
-
A basic
understanding of Virus/Spyware Removal.
-
An understanding of
websites and how HTML and HTTP work within them.
-
An understanding of
upgrades including: Hard Disk Drives, DVD Drives, Video cards, Network
Cards, Power Supplies, Mother Boards & CPUs, etc.
-
Ability to run, test
and install Networking, Phone, Coax and CCTV cabling.
-
Experience in software & hardware installations and
proven computer troubleshooting & repair skills.

Administrative Assistant
Are you an energetic, motivated, self-starter who can provide excellent customer
service to both internal and external customers and a team player who likes to
make a contribution?
We have the perfect opportunity for you! Our company is looking for someone
extremely dependable and trustworthy to grow with us.
You must be able to answer the phones, communicate and assist customers as well
as work alongside field technicians.
If you have the ability to be an office manager (it's a small office) that would
be very helpful.
Working hours are from 9-5.
Fluent English, excellent grammar & business writing skills are mandatory and
Spanish speaking is a definite plus but not required.
Duties will include:
Answering phones, filing, faxing, photocopying.
Communicating information to clients via phone, fax and email.
Communicating information to staff via phone, fax and email.
Prepare correspondences.
Strong organizational skills a must; Must manage and follow up with multiple
office tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
Ability to gather data accurately and quickly.
Develop/maintain Spreadsheets.
Personal Assistant work for company owners.
Creating Ads.
Processing Orders.
Book Keeping.
Records Keeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have MS Office experience.
Very easy going and friendly on the phones.
Strong administrative skills.
Ability to work with people of all levels.
Excellent customer service.
Organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
A knowledge of the Computer and IT industry is a definite plus.
Compensation ranges from $7 to $10 an hour based on experience and includes free
parking. Minimum of 25 hours per week guaranteed (9 am to 5 pm).
